The Department is headed by the Commissioner, Construction Industry Development and Regulation

The Department of Construction Industry Development and Regulation commits to;

i) Regulate the construction industry;

ii) Enhance capacity and competitiveness of local construction industry ;

iii) Provide Laboratory services to the construction industry ;

iv) Implement quality management systems and standardisation in the construction industry;

v) Promote research and innovation in the construction industry;
